If your profile matches or if we have any questions regarding your application, our recruiting team will contact you via phone or email within one to two days.

 
 
I have no experience in the hospitality industry. Do I still have a chance?

We are very open to career changers and beginners. Many of our employees have successfully started their careers with us despite having no prior experience in the hotel industry.

 
 
Which documents are required for my application?

The most important document is your resume. It is always a good idea to include work references. If you are applying for an apprenticeship or dual study program, please also provide your last two school reports. If you are applying from a non-European country, we recommend submitting your foreign documents as well, as this will speed up your application process.

Every new employee can participate in our in-house academy's online onboarding program. These onboarding sessions take place every month, ensuring that everyone can attend in a timely manner.

Do you have any tips for the job interview?

Your personality is an essential part of the application process. That’s why we value authenticity. We recommend planning your journey a day in advance, whether by car, bus, or train. Leave 15 minutes earlier to ensure you arrive on time.

 
 
Can I send my application by post?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept postal applications. Please submit your application through our online portal. Applications sent by post will not be returned.
